Southern Bucks - Life Down South Questions

I have lived in/stayed in most of the southeastern US. My favorite state was Georgia. Almost everybody was laid back and as nice as can be. I loved the weather when I was there. You get used to it when it gets that hot. You can also find places that are pretty cheap compared to Ohio. From the time I moved away from Ohio and then came back to Ohio the rent prices have doubled. You could rent a house in Georgia for the same amount you would have to pay for a two bedroom apartment up here.

West Palm Beach and Boca (FL) are very nice, clean, safe, etc. If you stay on the coastal areas you don't get the same humidity that you do in Orlando and other central state areas.

Rent and Housing costs are really high. If you can wait to purchase house, wait. They will come back to normal in a year or so.

It is a lot more sunny in the south. I think Cols/Cleve average 90 sunny / part-sunny days a year, while Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/WPB average 289 a year.
