That's what I love too. Its not like we were Notre Dame and lost to an un-ranked team.

We lost to a team ranked above us and with this being so early anything can happen. Remember in 07 when we lost to Illinois? Everything fell into place and we were back up in the NC game.

Not saying that's going to happen but that was LATER in the season when we lost....and gentlemen....We've only just begun...

That being said, it is highly improbable that any of us living today will ever get to see a year like '07. We're out of the NC chase. Especially given the general perception now. Best we can hope for is a BCS bowl. Let's win the Big10, beat scUM and win the rose bowl.

I live near Ann Arbor, and a friend told me that he heard from several people that the USC band played the Victors after the game was over. Now I don't really believe that this is true, since it would be really pathetic on their part, but does anyone know anything about this?

I went to the 2006 Texas game, and tOSU band played our song, as well as "We don't give a damn for the whole state of" scUM, after our victory. They won, they'll sing. Don't see anything wrong with that. Moving on .

they're never going to let us back in with 1 loss... guaranteed. we'll never be voted high enough in the polls. it would take a lot of teams 2 losses for us to have a good chance. they would even consider a 2 loss florida over a 1 loss ohio state this year i bet.

Sorry for the post then. I'll admit to not reading all of the thread. It sure looks like a straight down the line angle to me though and I know he wasn't pulled back after the TD.

The bsb guys noticed a much bigger call. They were saying it should have been 2nd & 18 instead of 2nd & 28, as they apparently penalized OSU 10 yards in addition to the sack spot on the grounding call.

Watching ESPNU's inside the polls. They went over the Ohio State-USC game. I should've turned the channel immediately. Tommy Tuberville said USC was young(no mention of our youth) and USC flat beat us with speed and athleticism. Luginbill agreed.

Whatever happened to watching games and then forming your opinion? Pretty obvious the media was going to play up the freshman QB, inexperience(but only USC is inexperienced, therefore they get a pass if they lose, unlike us), and speed aspects, win or lose.

Funny I seem to remember the announcers during the game raving about Ohio State's speed on defense in particular. I agree with you. They don't watch the game. They just spout rhetoric.

Goddamn it all. Is there a reliable sports media outlet when it comes to the Bucks? I'm not looking for someone to make a goddamn excuse for us, just report what really fucking happened rather then fapping to Barfley's inexperience or PAC10 speed.
