Most real "bodybuilders" just eat tons of grilled chicken breast per day. More protein and its a lot more lean than most milk.

There's a reason so many die so young and have kidney failures and heart problems. They just consume absurd amounts of food and supplements.

Let's not get carried away Jordan eats, but its not like he eating very large meals, I would say from what I have seen, he may eat a little more than the average 16 yr. old kid. I am telling you its the milk.
