St. Louis Cardinals (11x World Series Champions)

Rangers become the first team since the 2001 Diamondbacks to win a WS game when trailing after 8 innings. A pair in the 9th wins game two, 2-1.

Tied 1-1 going to Texas.

That Pujols guy is pretty good. I'm not sure I'd let him swing the bat again the rest of the series if I'm Ron Washington.

Carpenter starts game five. He holds Texas to 2 runs in 7 innings. Meanwhile, the Rangers walk 9 Cardinals. Somehow, Texas wins 4-2.

Going back to STL up 3-2 the Rangers have a shot now, and Carpenter won't be starting game 6 (or 7, if necessary).

Pretty good series so far, BUT:

What strikes me the most is the coverage, and more importantly, that Ozzie is part of the "Baseball Tonight" crew.

If Ozzie was "american" I'd call him a National Treasure. But since he is not, then I'll just call him a "treasure" to anyone who loves and apreciates this game.

To me, he knows baseball as good as anyone in the world right now, and on top of that, for years he's always been the best interview!

Peace
