The name Harley is already established in Ohio State Football lore and it is also an American symbol of relentless tenacity and durability. For Kris Harley, the name is perfect. Known for his motor and 'seek and destroy' attitude, Kris is seeking that offer from tOSU that will allow him the opportunity to add another Harley name to the annals of Ohio State Football. The BPRT tracked down this monster long enough to squeeze in a Straight Six.
BPRT: When you think of Ohio State football, what comes to mind?
KH: Simply one of the top programs in the country.
BPRT: What college coaches and players keep your attention and why?
KH: Coach Wiles, the d-line coach from Virginia Tech because of his enthusiasm. The player has to be Suh from Nebraska because of his dominance.
BPRT: You have one more year in your high school career...what goals have you set personally and for your team?
KH: Well, my personal goal is to be the first defensive lineman to win Mr. Football for Indiana. My goal for my team is to repeat as state champs
BPRT: When your career is over, how would you like people to remember Kris Harley?
KH: I want to be known as a respectable young man and the best to ever play the game.
BPRT: If you were analyzing yourself on film, what would you list as your strengths and what needs some work?
KH: One of my strengths is that I get off the ball very fast. However, I need to work on getting my hands up when I can't get to the quarterback.
BPRT: What are some of your favorite things to do away from football?
KH: I enjoy listening to music and lifting.
