Bridgewater on ESPN2 right now as Northwestern takes on Miami Central.

All these kids look like DI athletes...no wonder Florida HS football is so good. Even the punters look ripped

I've never seen so many false start penalties even in a high school game. Hasn't been a very well played game so far. The athletes on both sides are amazing. Northwestern HS is a pipeline for Miami. As it should be, it's right there in Miami. I believe they have 7 or 8 kids alone from last years Northwestern state championship team.

Video interview with the Bank. Talks about the pressure of following Jacory Harris at Miami Northwestern. He says his first choice of positions in college would be WR. He feels he has great hands and is a great route runner. He's open to a lot of schools including Ohio State, Miami, and most of the SEC. Regarding Ohio State, he's starting to build a relationship with the coaches. He talks to the Buckeye coaches at least monthly but plans on stepping that up to weekly. He's impressed by the Buckeye tradition and Pryors progress. Education is a priority and he's hoping to graduate early.

It's certainly rare to hear a high school quarterback express a desire to play a position other than quarterback at the next level. After watching Northwester vs. Central, I'm a believer though. Bridgewater is a 5 star lock imo and I think he can play whatever position he wants. If he is indeed open (and possibly prefers) to playing WR and comes in with Braxton Miller (I know, pipedream), the rest can be sorted out later in my books.

Aight, he's for sure going to be a top 15(ish) QB in the country for 2011 class.
His abilities at WR are well seen, I guess. 6'3" 175 is what he said to bank.
Long way to go, but a great ath.
The best part about the whole thing is OSU is in very early and judging by his interview sounded like he wants OSU(Taver) to contact him one a week instead of once a month.... that should tell you how young this kid still is
