Terrance Brooks (DB Texas)

Welcome to the fam Terrance. This is an aggressive balk hawk that will need some refinement. But he's a great ball of clay to start with. He can fly, his track numbers show some very good speed as well. Barnes and Coombs are building a great CB room. And he should improve going after all of the talent in the WR room.

Coombs now has five defensive backs committed with for of those being true cornerbacks. Terrance Brooks joins Jaheim Singletary, Jyarie Brown, and Ryan Turner in what will undoubtedly be one of the nation's top hauls at the position. Florida athlete Kye Stokes is also in the fold and can play either safety or corner. This comes on the heels of a 2021 class that included Jordan Hancock, Jakailin Johnson, and Denzel Burke.

Ohio State now has 15 commitments in the Class of 2022 and remains the nation’s top-ranked class. It’s a group that isn’t likely to grow beyond 21 or 22 total, so that may hurt the Buckeyes from the perspective of trying to win a recruiting championship. Still, only Boston College, Baylor and Notre Dame have more pledges at this point. The Ohio State per-player average is also the highest in the country right now.

Pretty sure I read he was Saban's top CB. If anyone knows stud defensive backs, it's him. Would be mighty nice to snatch a prime Bama target out from under their nose.
A little payback for stealing Jordan Battle late from us a few years ago :trey:

Welcome to the Buckeye Family, Terrance!! That Texas pipeline just keeps on flowing. Jeffrey Okudah's gotta be proud of this kid
