Texas Longhorns (big hat, no cattle; please don’t Horns Down us)

I don’t want to take Zach Smiths side here, but the most reasonable explanation for Herman’s behavior is he’s an alcoholic. He just does stuff repeatedly that otherwise high functioning adults don’t do unless they’re drunk.

He didn’t show his ass like this at OSU, and didn’t at UH except for the time he was cold calling radio shows to argue with hosts. I suspect he’s cracking under the weight of UT.

I also have questions about him actually being a MENSA member. Saying you’re a member but don’t go to the meetings is exactly what someone that failed the qualification test would say.

I don't know that you want a thread filled with pictures of dildos... but this is how you get a thread filled with pictures of dildos.

So....

They're back?

If they win their bowl then yes, if not then not until after spring practice.

The bowl's a wildcard for me. Utah was one game away from the playoffs, and now they're not even in a NY6 Bowl. If Utah shows up disinterested and not wanting to be there, Texas will back their way into a bowl win. If Utah shows up motivated with a chip on their shoulder, I think they'll plunger UT.

Utah has a solid history of playing well in bowl games. Prior to last year's debacle where they handed Northwestern a 28-point third quarter with a bunch of turnovers that cost them the game, Utah had won 5 straight bowl games and 14 of 15, which was the best run of any team this century.

Dumbass lol

Found the 1 guy that actually watches LHN.
I suppose somebody has to do it and report back to the masses.

Mensa is easier to get into than most suspect, and easier every year. IQ tests claim to be testing Intelligence, but it's practically impossible to separate that from Knowledge. I've seen estimates that 110 is the new average. I would guess 120 if you had a middle class education in a 1st world country.
You need only 132 to get in. About half of my unit in the Marine Corps would have qualified... everyone had ASVAB scores over 90, and half 95-99. And we were dumb crayon eating Marines.
2% is 1 in 50 people... majority of University faculty and staff would have no problem making that grade.
In context it's not as elite as the airs they give off. Anyone that grew up with a good education should be within striking distance to study for that "2%" (more realistically 5%).
2% is a lot bigger number than the % of people that make it to be a Coordinator at a DIA school. I don't doubt for a second that Hafley or Ash or any number of other guys we've had could get into Mensa.

The thing is... you have to view that IQ test to be some kind of defining personal characteristic to even bother with Mensa. It's a mental masturbation / ego stroking thing from the very concept.
