I'm going to make flyers of this and post it all over ohio. That has to be the best news that i have ever recieved. Now there is no excuse for every girl not to want to give up a some skull....Um I meen fellatio:banger: hopefully they can mimic that motion correctly)

This is great. I've been saying for 30 years (to whichever female of legal age and adequate looks that would listen), that it's high in protein and low in calories. Nice to have a study that really backs up something worthwhile!

Not to rain on your parade but it's actually higher in sugar and calories than anything else.....but don't tell the girls I said that:biggrin:
