Texas at Ohio State
Regular season, non-conference games don't get much better than this. Texas has national championship aspirations and its fleet-footed QB, Vince Young, has Heisman hopes, but both causes could be crushed with a loss in Columbus. Ohio State is looking to regain its place among the nation's top programs and a win here would go a long way. As many of the Buckeyes' opponents can attest, the Horseshoe is an awfully tough place to emerge from with a victory.

Unbelievable.....

12. Toledo-BG (Nov 22)

10. Florida-Georgia (at Jax, Oct 29)
09. Iowa-Purdue (Oct 8)
08. Tennessee-LSU (Sep 24)

maybe losing 4 games will do that to a program. looking at last year only, i agree that we lost that distinction. taking the last handfull of years, that's a different story...
[sarcasm]Yeah, 4 losses in one season should definitely drop a program that is historically and traditionally one of (actually THE) the finest in all of college football out of the running. I mean, shit, last season was two entire seasons away from an undisputed National Championship.[/sarcasm]

WTF???? Yeah, we all know that more will be on the line for the Boise St. Georgia game, than the OSU- Michigan game. Who are the assclowns that came up with that one. :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :stupid: :stupid: :stupid:
How can ANY Boise State game be bigger than The Game? I would also take off Toledo-BG. Who, outside of fans of those teams, and maybe a few other MAC fans, would watch this instead of The Game?

Also what about tOSU vs. Iowa.

I think those 3 games should be in the top ten b/c those are games when two teams in the top 10 play each other and scUM vs. tOSU is the greatest game every year.

Agreed, if Scum v. Iowa and Purdue v. Iowa make the list how does OSU-Iowa not make the list? I am from NW Ohio and BG-Toledo is big for the area and the MAC, but how does it beat out OSU-Scum???? I guess they wanted to be balanced and not show favortism to the Big Ten, especially OSU.

out of that list I couldn't care less about

#9
#12
#13
#14
#15

I am anticipating the Boise/UGA matchup because it is so early in the year and I would like to see an upset. The Game should be on the list. I don't see a difference in iowa/um and iowa/tosu. Of course I would put UT/tamu up there as well

So I'm at the bar the other night with some friends... There just happens to be a Texas fan in the bunch. First time I'd ever met him. This guy's wearing a Texas hat, so I asked him if he was a big fan. He responds that he is "the biggest Texas fan in the world". I'm like awesome, a chance to talk some trash! I start with, "Should be an interesting game against tOSU this year." He replies with, "Oklahoma State sucks." I'm like no the Buckeyes. He says, and I quote, "We play the Buckeyes this year?" Must be a true fan. I wanted to slap the shit out of him.
