This sums up EA and how much they care about the consumer

Customer asks for help. Tech support guy doesn't immediately know what he's talking about. Customer goes crazy, insults tech support guy, gets racist.

Outsourced tech support is usually a horror show, but the guy that submitted that needs to evaluate his life priorities.

I had to deal with EA tech support for ME3, my experience was just as 'helpful'. I tried to purchase the game through the Origin App and it never processed. Here's my wonderful experience.

This was the 3rd of 3 long pointless chat sessions.
