I have to get this off my chest, so bear with me. This weekend in the words of Jim Obrien is "Huge"!!!!!!!! I hate to say it, but I think this weeknd is a must win situation, a lost could me a complete collapse. Now before you start jumping on me, it's my belief if we lose to Indiana, the doormat of the Big Ten, the confidence of this team will be crushed. The players will lose confidence in each other, the coaches, and the system, virtually a complete melt down. Now I think this already happened a little in the Northwestern game, but I believe this game is a do or die.

The solution is for the fans to show up ready for the game. What have you the fan done lately to help this team lately. Anybody can sit around and bitch and moan about the team and point out problems, God knows there's plenty, but that will not hep this team now. Make no mistake, the team will probably make some this weekend, but instead of booing, stop and hold onto it until the next positive play. We need to be loud and positive to this team, for not unlike a young child learning to ride a bike, this team is young and needs to learn how to win and have confidence. This is not a plee for every one to put on their cheerleader outfits and act like everyhting is fine, but rather a call to duty for the Buckeyes. Bottom line is we/I need the Buckeyes, and now more than ever they need us to support them more than never. I plan on showing up Saturday with my game face on and ready to cheer my ass off for the whole 60 minutes, anybody else with me?

Every Big 10 Conf. game is do or die, A loss to IU will result in more 'scripts of prozac, zoloft, and anti-psychotics that will be rendered useless by the amount of alcohol needed to wash them down....
Hmmm.... I see..... a pharmaceutical conspiracy.

= 1st. year, the American Cardiologists association..

= 2nd. year, same with new over the counter antacids....

= 3rd. year, the American Psychiatry Association...
JT is an AMA/APA PLANT!!!!!

The fans are ready to get really rowdy - so long as things go well. They are also ready to turn on this team and express their frustrations if things don't start well.

When I opened this thread there were two above it. One talking about Ross being suspended, the other talking about how the team hates Zwick. At least two of the primary booing targets wont be available.

If anybody is looking for me I will be over in the "Other" sports thread talking about women's volleyball. I have never left one of their matches not feeling wood...... er' good... I meant feeling good.

SI on Campus has an OSU Vballer in this issue. She's a hottie. I'm gonna have to suck it up and take my daughter to a match soon. :)

My reply sounded as a mild flame, sorry, just extremely frustrated! Although a win this weekend could light a candle, I fear that an eager IU could pull an upset tomorrow; JEEZ it hurts to type it! Anyhooz, No slam on ya.

Go Bucks! See You in the Motor City, MAC!

I doubt they'll pull an upset, especially in The 'Shoe.
The players know it's a must win, the coaches know it's a must win, the fans know it's a must win, hell, even Brutus and the marching band know it's a must win.
I expect a few communication problems for Indiana on Saturday.
