Meh... looks like the kind of BBQ you’d get in Texas.
:horse:

having had the misfortune to basically live in Tejas for a year, i’ve had some really good, some really OK, and some really bad BBQ there. And coincidentally they all have some dude’s first name as the restaurant name.

Tony’s BBQ in Mont Belvieu was really good.

Bud’s BBQ in Baytown sucked camel nuts. Like i will never ever ever spend even a penny in that joint ever again. I would rather catch Herpes from a Tranny in Calcutta.

Steve’s BBQ (also in Baytown) is extremely OK. It’s not bad at all. On thursday nights, you can get “all you can eat ribs” for like $9.95.
VERY EDIBLE.
i mean not amazing, because a rib buffet for less than $10 won’t be phenomenal.
But was waaaaaaay better than you would think.
Especially considering it’s a complete shithole next door to a whorehouse/opium den/bar.

I may or may not have shoved my thumb up the ass of a hooker jumping a fence to get a bag of rock from under the house next door.
