If so Palmetto's on the Bayou is hard to beat for traditional Lousiana style food. I like the PoBoy and Boudin Balls.

Nathan's is also nice but I prefer it more as a dinner spot than for lunch.

Cool. I added a few other options as well.

But if you want some Louisiana style food, Palmetto's is what I'd check out.

When you pass by let us know what you have!

Also the gulf fish almondine is another dish I'd recommend. Had to double check to see if it was on their lunch menu and according to the site, it is available at lunch too.
