Tebow was in camp today(6/13) at UF. He and Snead(UF QB commit for '06) both threw some passes, and surprisingly, Snead looked like the guy with the stronger arm and Tebow looked like the one with more touch and better footwork. Tebow even played some WR, but from ppl who were there, it appeared that they were more playing around with the WR thing than really practicing, but here's a clip of Tebow catching a pass from Snead for those who are interested(might not be up for too long):

It doesn't really show anything, but hey, anything's better than nothing :)

Tebow Enjoys Visit To Clemson

By Matthew Pitts
Nease QB Tim Tebow (6-3 225) of St. Augustine, Florida took an unofficial visit to Clemson last weekend and says he had a good time in Death Valley. "I had a very nice visit at Clemson and got to spend some time with Coach Bowden. Everyone was very friendly up there", said Tebow. Tebow, who is one of the most sought after recruits in the entire nation for the class of 2006 has almost 70 scholarship offers including Clemson, Florida, Michigan, Louisville, Florida State, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Maryland, USC, Illinois, Southern Cal and Texas. Tebow says he is still open to everyone at this point and that is pretty much where things will stand for the duration of the summer. Tebow also confirmed that he will definitely not be attending any more camps this summer, and that he will probably not be taking any more visits this summer as well. Next month Tebow will be traveling to the Phillipines again to join his father doing missionary work. "This will be my third time going there. I always enjoy it when I am out there and it good to get away sometimes. My dad has been doing this for about 20 years now", said Tebow. As a junior, Tebow broke the Florida total offense record by rushing for 26 touchdowns, throwing for 46 touchdowns, rushing for 1500 yards and throwing for 4800 yards.

Yeah, I just read your comments on SGN, and figured that that was where you heard it. Thanks for the info.:wink2:
To further solidify BfHeck's reliability, he was outstanding (Alan agreed) and was pulled aside by Coach Hazell to keep in touch with him in the future. I figured he wouldn't toot his own horn, but I know he did in fact talk to the coaches...

BfH, did you ask them this during that meeting or did you hear it from them at a later date?

BFH, I dont want to be a bad guy here but I think you are walking a fine line providing quotes from the coaches concerning recruits publically like this....I'm not claiming to know what the rules are, but your comments about Antoine Perez in another thread quoted coach Hazell....I know for fact, the coaches cannot comment "publically" about recruits, which is why the recruiting sites have limited information when comes to offers and such (the exception being the information from the recruits themselves). I just don't think its a good idea to share these discussions if they really occured. Maybe you should ask one of the mods here or an admin at another site (Bucknuts perhaps) and see what the protocol is? Just a thought........
