Tom "L" Brady (likes soft balls)

Screw you NFL for making me side with Tom Brady.
I dont understand why people side with Tom Brady...he cheated.. he got called on it... they have evidence.. he refused to turn over evidence... this isnt a court of law this is your employer.. since when do they need beyond a reasonable doubt to punish you at your place of employment. That team is a repeat offender. Id be more than ok if they treated it like he was on PEDs. its cheating.

Its because the NFL is so monumentally stupid as not to have fined the Patriots 20K or whatever it supposed to be, told the Colts to STFU, you lost by 35 (or whatever it was) and move on from this moronic spectacle at the beginning. Its footballs a few PSI short, whoopdeeshit. There was a procedure in place to follow, but Goodell is too damned stupid.

That's where the CBA comes in, though...its why employers don't want their workers to unionize

This. This whole thing was about balls. BALLS. DROOPY BALLS. Underinflated balls don't swing 35 points to the offending team.

Also, while I do hate the Pats and Brady, I have to thank them for defeating the PED-hawks. Fuck that soulless franchise and fuck Petey Carroll with Satan's cock. And they stole the 12th man from Aggy.

I dont care if its about droopy balls or two many socks or extra long cleats.. or over signing recruiting classes.. it was cheating. there was a rule against it. if it wasnt an advantage they wouldnt be DOING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE... maybe they would have won that game anyway.. maybe a tighter ball makes his first touchdown a pick and the whole game is changed and momentum swings the opposite direction. I really dont care. He broke the rules, he got caught. He refused to cooperate. He should be punished. If getting caught cheating results in ZERO punishment then why doesnt every single team start breaking every single rule? the integrity of the game is gone and we are working on an honor system with millions or billions of dollars swing in the balance.

Meh, if the NFL had any balls, they would have vacated the superbowl, otherwise, it was all going to be given back anyways. Goodell is a joke, this whole thing would go to the Union, and from there to the courts where eventually someone would give in, thus is the case.

Judge rules in favor of Brady, suspension over. Huge victory for the NFLPA.

Message is clear to Goodell, you can't suspend people without hard evidence. Owners really need to bounce this turd (and Dan Snyder), and elect someone else to repair their image. Goodell is nothing but a punching bag now.
That's why the owners love Goodell, the pressure isn't on them for signing guys with character issues it's on Rog. He's doing his job perfectly in the eyes of the owners, taking the punches so they don't have to.

Oh, and the NFL is making boat loads of money.
