Have you tried Timbuck2's torrents? He makes and uploads commercial quality DVD images which are a snap to burn. So far he's got the entire 2005 and 2006 seasons.

Ok, just started. Give me a little time to figure this wiki stuff out and I'll get a layout done and people can add their links, FAQ's, and other instructions to help people to get started.

I hope by compiling everything we can get more people to download and seed as everything is listed in a clear and concise manner.

TORRENTS WITH X'S DO NOT WORK. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF FIXING THEM.

TO DOWNLOAD THESE GAMES, YOU WILL NEED A BITTORRENT CLIENT.

(If you don't know what bittorrent is, read about it HERE.)

If you are completely new to downloading and watching DIVX video files, here's the EASIEST way to get in on the fun:

Download Azureus.
Azureus is a bittorent client. Its very simple to use. Here's how to get it:
  1. Get Azureus and the latest Java JRE here. Download and install the Java JRE first, and then download the latest version of Azureus.
  2. Install Azureus. The process is straightforward. Remember where you set your downloads folder to be.
To download any of the games, just click the link. When prompted to open or download the file, choose open, and Azureus should automatically open and will begin downloading (usually not immediately, it takes time). When the download is complete, leave Azureus on so that you can seed the file to other users.

Get VLC Media Player.
Windows Media Player WILL NOT play these games. The games are compressed using the DIVX codec. Get VLC Media Player. Just download, and install. That's it. Don't have to download codecs or anything. It will play everything. It's so much better than Windows Media Player that I use it as the default player for everything.

Lets get this party started...

Seed, Seed, Seed, Seed, Seed: If you got the file, please seed it (continuing to upload the file after the download is complete). I and other posters will reward seeders with plenty of positive rep points. Azureus does a good job managing multiple seeds so you can seed all your downloads, no problem. If you need a seed, request it in this thread. If you are seeding, tell us which files you are uploading, so you can get your greenies.

How to make and upload your own torrent files:
  1. Get MakeTorrent here.
  2. Install it. You only have to mess with two things; where the file is saved, and what the announce URL should be.
  3. If you have multiple files (like the ones I made), make sure that all the files for that game are in their OWN directory. Switch to classic view and select the directory the files are in (click the "dir" button).
  4. Where it says Tracker, type in: http://tracker.prq.to/announce
  5. And now your set! Just click Creat Torrent. It will take some time depending on how big the file is and how powerful your computer is.
  6. Now to upload. Go to Download music, movies, games, software! The Pirate Bay - The worlds largest BitTorrent tracker. You'll need to register an account (it's free, no spam email or anything).
  7. Once you've logged in, near the bottom of the page there's an upload link. Click it, and follow the directions. If you want, in the comments section put something related to BP in there.
  8. Once you've uploaded the file, make SURE you click the download link so you begin seeding the file, and copy the URL of the download link and post it up here so everyone else can get on it.

don't you have any basketball game?
Isn't there a section on this forum with basketball games???

Thanks!

Got the 2006 season posted up (minus some dumb bowl game we went to). What I need from the authors are sizes of each file so it's convenient for people downloading to know what they're getting into before they click the link.

Outside of links to torrents I need to get a good, concise "getting started" section and an explanation on trackers that require an account.
