Well, I deleted a few files, defragmented my computer, and downloaded those codecs but saw no improvement. I guess my computer just can't process it. Thanks for the help, everyone.

Oregon...If you did install the CCCP, I hope you read their wiki / FAQ. If you haven't installed this yet, you might want to disregard my previous idea. I have since edited my post and removed that recommendation. While CCCP is a useful codec pack, I reconsidered and don't believe that it will help your current situation. I certainly provided enough warnings per CCCP's own recommendations, but I still hate to see anyone create computing problems via codec conflicts.

Neomits is likely correct. He certainly has more experience than I with HD.

Majestic......yeah I wish I had that game. Maybe someone can raid WOSU's archive for us....LMAO. I still fondly remember Paul Warfield going nuts in the booth at the end of that game.

It was a bit choppy on my 2.5 P4...bit surprised at that...still a joy to watch...thanks!!

Now the challenge is trying to chop it up to back up? Perhaps a conversion to divx or xvid without sacrificing resolution and such might at least get it to 4.5 gigs? I don't work a lot in .wmv...suppose a visit to videohelp or there abouts may help.

Again, thanks

2005/6 Texas or 2006 Iowa anyone?

Greetings all. Thanks so much to those of you that have posted these games and those of you that continue to seed them after you've gotten them. I have lived outside the country for the last six years (Brazil, Mozambique and now Bangkok, Thailand) and while there's plenty of fun to be had, it's tough to get my Buckeye fix. I am very grateful.

I have acquired eight of these torrents and continue to seed them, but I was wondering if anyone could seed either of the UT games or the 2006 Iowa game. I figured the Texas games would be well-seeded, but I've had them up for a while with no luck.

I have the following games seeded and am more than happy to move one or more to the top of my priority list if someone needs them and/or is willing to move one of the UT or Iowa games to the top of their list. Thanks again to those of you that have done so much work to make this happen!

OSU scUM Rivalry
1969 OSU-scUM
1973 OSU-scUM
2007 OSU-scUM
2007 UW
2002 Purdue (holy buckeye)
tOSU-Okla State Alamo Bowl vs. Les Miles
1997 Rose Bowl vs. AZ State

can someone seed the tennessee tourney game please?!! it would be much appreciated, ill gonna need a seed for the xavier game as well, thanks in advance...and as always...GO BUCKS, beat LSU!!!

EidoloN (and any others),

I've tried to get the Tennessee game down to 2 gigs so that I could upload it to Stage6 and provide a more reliable and quicker download with no luck so far. Some may not mind the second or so that the audio sync is off, but I'd rather do this right. I am continuing to seed this, so you might want to stick with that for now.

I have essentially tried this with the original 2.65 divx file at various settings with both Divx Converter and Dr. Divx. I also have taken a quick look at Gordians Knot and the simpler AutoGK, but it looks like those apps are for .vobs and perhaps mpeg2s. I think I'm going to have to take the original mpeg2 files and rework them to the target 2 gigs divx file.

This might take some time, but I may just end up creating a more reliable way to get all 11 games to Stage6 in the process. As stated before, I will continue to seed the games until I get this done.

Btw, thanks to all that continue to seed the HBO special. I noticed 10 seeding today. That goes a long way to help those still downloading.:)

Now this is a very interesting idea indeed

They have cataloged video of Florida games from the past two seasons and has broken each game into quarters.

Not sure how they're getting away with that legally, but it'd be awesome to put something like that together for Ohio State games.

EDIT: Thinking about the legallity of it, I guess since the site isn't trying to make money, they are just reproducing something that is freely available already. They don't post the NC game, because you can buy that on DVD.

Hmmmmmmmm

I have the 2006 Texas and Iowa games seeding. I do not have the 2005 Texas though.

Bkochmc - are you seeding the torrent entitled "2006_Game2_OhioStateAtTexas_CollectorDVD_TimBUCK2"? That's the one I've got on my list and it's not seeing your seed (or the Iowa game either). Demonoid is the tracker for my Texas game and demonoid has been taken off the air. Do we have to seed to a different tracker since Demonoid is refusing connections? I have limited experience publishing torrents. Anyone?

I noticed there are two versions of Iowa. I'll try the other.

There are a couple of way to go about this. The easiest way to add/delete trackers, at least if you're using utorrent, is to open utorrent and double click on any torrent. Just add as many open trackers as you like separated by an empty line. I don't know if this is possible with Azureus or other clients. Of course you will need more than on person to do this or the whole idea is pointless.

Another way is to modify the torrent files themselves by adding a few open trackers. This won't change the info hash value so you won't have to re-download data you already have. You just download the modified torrent file and replace the old torrent file with the new file. Again, the idea if pointless if no more than one person does this.

My 2?
