Do I have to transfer the files from the DVD onto my hard drive to make the new torrent (I get an error message when I try to do this) or can I do it directly from the DVD. For some reason I can't do it directly from this DVD recording. In addition this is a two disc set. I really want to get this posted for you guys. It has pregame and postgame sportscenter, gameday, halftime, and even the field goal kicking contest between cheerleaders. Sorry to clutter the board with my this stuff, but I am having a hard time doing this.
No worries BB, that's what forums are for :tongue2:

You definitely want to transfer the files to your hard drive first. If you're having problems transferring them using Copy/Paste, you may need to unlock the DVD. (Note that this is normally only needed for commercial DVDs!!)

Gordian Knot is a freeware program that has the DVD Decrypter built in. All you need to do is click the DVD Decryptor button on the first screen, select all the chapters, ans specify the location on your hard drive you want the decrypted files copied to.

If you have to decrypt the DVD, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure it's not a commercial DVD before you post it on BP.

timBUCK2, do you any ideas on when Illinois DVD will be released?

Once again, those DVDs that you made were excellent and I'm loving the fact that I can sit and watch them on my TV anytime.

By the way, I'm still seeding.
Sorry, I've been slacking since the scUM game :) I'd like to crank it out this weekend, but it's gonna be tough with the holidays fast approaching.

I'll let ya know when I get it started - I could have it out really fast if someone wants to make a highlight video for it for me or if you guys don't mind me throwing a random highlight video on it :wink2:

anyone have the 1995 (or 1996) OSU-ND game? i would love to watch that again before our bowl game.
Read my post. Thought I had but not. No one else out there has old Buckeyes games? The quality on the tapes are not bad, but 10 years is a long time. I got a new VCR to make sure the games convert to DVD as best as I can get them.

I don't think a highlight is necessary for OSU vs Illinois, seeing that it was a complete blowout and most of us already know that.

I am seeding the Michigan, Texas, Penn State, and 95 Illinois games. Also got the OSU vs. St. Joes Basketball game up and running, when someone gets the whole download let me know how it came out so I can learn from my mistakes.

If someone has the time and energy for a highlight vid of the Illini game that would be great. There is a lot of plays that would make a great highlight vid. Go Buckeyes Beat the fighting amish
I'm gonna try to make a video and author the DVD by early this week.

I'm giving these DVD sets away as Xmas gifts, and I think some of you may be doing the same. Once it's finished, I'll priority seed it to let everyone quickly complete the series.

Thanks go out to all of you that continue to seed. It's helped take the load off of my server a good deal - especially now that there are 10+ different DVDs now!!!

Thanks again!

Tim

BTW, I'm about 25% finished with the Illinois Hilghlight video/DVD now.

Very good to hear!

By the way, I am going to do the same with making copies for my neighor who is a big time Ohio State fan. I watched every game this season with him and his 50+ inch HDTV and College GamePlan. Great times. He used to be an usher at the Horseshoe for 15+ years and saw many of great games at home. It was a great experience to listen to the stories. What a great old man and I want to thank God for having him right next door, regardless of the fact that I'm living on South Carolina! Yes, that was unbelievable, all the way from Lancaster, Ohio to here.

There is only 1 seeder of the Iowa game and piratebay seems to be down.

I only have the Michigan and Texas games and I have 9% of the Iowa game, I was hoping to get them all, so hopefully there is some other option or PirateBay comes back up.

If you guys can make sure you're seeding, that may help save someone's Christmas :)

Please make a concerted effort to seed until Christmas everyone can complete the series in time!!!

Give a shout out if you're seeding and I'll throw you a couple of greenies

I'm more than glad to help seed whatever needs it out of thanks to everyone else.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might print out the covers to where they look nice? I don't own a decent color/photo printer and so I have no way of me personally making the covers. Either that or would anyone be willing to print out a set or two for me if I made it worth their while?
