Thad Matta to me is becoming somewhat of a balanced teacher and coach with every game. With every game into this season i see his team starting
to believe in him and thier selves. What gets me going is the simalar things
i see in this team and the buckeyes of the 60's with Lucas Siegfried Havlechick, nowell and roberts of those days. I know it was different B-ball in those days but it still comes out to one thing, sharing the load baby.

Craft > CP3 and Magic. Great post. I agree!

I'm wondering how many national pundits now feel that this team isn't worthy of the number one ranking?

Very impressive road win. 20-0. Every team will have it's flaws and this team is no different. However, if a team just flat out refuses to lose, their flaws and/or weaknesses are quietly covered up with determination and discipline. Love this team.

I'm just hoping this doesn't go to their head and they let off the gas with their preparation and work ethic. Their success, in an odd way, may be their biggest weakness. But only if they let overconfidence replace humility.

This is fun to watch.

:biggrin:That was an awesome game i was sitting next to the osu family and friends seats to there left behind the osu bench. I was doing the :oh::io: chant the whole game and the orange krush that was to the right of the players family and what not was giving me dirty looks and im just laughing because they dont have Sully and Matta and We Do. Buford tweeked his ankle there in the 2nd half thats y thomas played alot then Matta asked burford if he could go back in and buford said yes and hit those 2 big ft down the stretch.

Plus The Shark was at the game and I got my Pic with him

Best game of the weekend: Illinois took a 50-42 lead over Ohio State with less than 12 minutes left Saturday, at which point I advised folks to switch to CBS if they wanted to see the nation's top-ranked team go down. Silly me. Behind the spectacular play of Jared Sullinger, Ohio State turned that eight-point deficit into a seven-point lead in a span of 10 minutes, then held on for a 73-68 victory. Sullinger finished with 27 points and 16 rebounds. If he's not getting discounted tattoos, something's not right in Columbus.
