He misses lay ups a lot ?

He's barley played this season and roams around the 3 point line most of the time when he's in. He's shown really good moves in the paint , even some post moves with the jump hook.

I'm not calling him great. No reason for him not to be playing big minutes though

Really? Because I'm watching this team and also thinking of next year's team and it doesn't look like they know what they're doing. Thad is a recruiter and generally a great one. But if he doesn't have the talent, he can't coach it up. And we are seeing that right now.

I wouldn't be surprised to see us lose Bates-Diop and possibly Tate before the early signing period next year. No way we get Okafor.

Right after he missed the lay up he turned it over dribbling, I'm talking about general things. Poor dribbling, passing, lapses on D ect.
But your correct, he should be playing more, because they need the threat of offense.

Thad gets more than his fair share of talent so it's not unreasonable to have high expectations. I have to agree with OH10 a few posts up.

This team was only going to get as far as Craft improved and unfortunately we have seen where that got us - as a whole it really seems like no one has improved - frustrating for sure, but can't make the Final 4 every year - look at Kentucky

Our sophs. cannot physically handle the Big 10..they lose balls off their hands all the time... they need personal trainers to push them in the weight room..and spend more time on their skills (shooting) then running up and down in a noD no Contact summer league.
