If we only land Smith out of those, I'll still be happy.
I'm surprised Lyle would go to Miami, but he and Fletcher would be quite a combo that even they can't screw up (I think?)

4. Ohio State: When the group begins with a pair of cornerstone cornerbacks, each ranked in the top 60 nationally with
Bryce West
and
Aaron Scott
, the additional pieces project like bonus points. It may be the best cornerback duo among bigger, technical projections in the entire class, each coming from within state lines and representing key wins against Big Ten competition and beyond.
Miles Lockhart
may also play cornerback at the next level while the rest of the haul looks like safety types in
Jaylen McClain
and
Leroy Roker
, the latter emerging as a late bloomer during the 2023 season.

Dorian Pringle..... Massillon won the State Championship. The kid is the Div II player of the year.

He is committed to BG, and has MAC level offers.

What is his story?
If he plays for Massillon he is probably closer to 30;-) Just kidding as they are known for holding kids back.

Honestly I have no idea. I did notice that last year's Offensive Player of the Year for Ohio, Lamar Sperling, hasn't done much at Buffalo. Maybe they are redshirting him this year. I wondered last year why OSU hadn't offered Sperling but figured you have to trust the coaches sometimes.

Tweener, good fit for the MAC since he's got a nose for the ball. Undersized - not big enough to project at LB at P5, not fast enough to move to safety, doesn't have the frame to bulk up and move to edge. I think his true measurements are likely 5'10 and 210.
