Ryan Day needs to take the coming weeks to take a hard look at his program. There are serious deficiencies that need addressed in the immediate term and some hard (and not so hard) decisions that need to be made about his coaching staff. My confidence in him continues to plummet.

3rd straight loss to tCUN rock bottomed totally for me. He ain’t it. I got banned for saying it in November but he’s not. But it is what it is. He’s not going anywhere so 10-2 is out 8-3 Earle.

We’ll replace some offensive coaches with other inexperienced guys in the Kelly family that will defer to Ryan at all times and we’ll ride with the same linemen and QBs and the same thing will happen next year and he will again stand on the sideline all game in awe that this offensive line cannot do a thing that they’ve repeatedly proven to everyone (except Day, apparently) that they cannot do.
