Hey guys,

Man, I wish we still had Wolfe. Our current RB is meh. Of course the last time we played you guys we had Wolfe and nothing else. Now we have QB Hare throwing to Golloday and....not much else. Nothing consistent anyway.

Based on the our first 2 games, Cardale will have enough time in the pocket to knit a sweater. I hope I'm wrong but I think OSU will be able to name the score. I suppose we can claim afterwards that we were looking past you to Boston College. LOL

I just hope OSU scheduled plenty of nap time for the players this week.

The short week really caused them to play flat against Hawaii and if they duplicate that effort I think NIU will be able to cause problems.

Northern Illinois has had great success in the last few years, winning at least 11 games the last five seasons. Meyer: "Isn't that something?" He added that because of how good the film is, his team will understand how good the Huskies are, so it won't take them lightly.

Jim Tressel and Other Buckeyes to be Honored at Saturday's Ohio State Game

Ohio State announced in June that 14 new members would be enshrined in the Ohio State Athletics Hall of Fame and that ceremony will occur Friday night.

The 2015 class includes Tim Anderson (football), Joey Galloway (football), Jim Tressel (football coach), Terence Dials (men's basketball), Justin Cook (men's soccer), Lara Dickenmann (women's soccer), Natalia Diea (women's diving), Annabelle Fago (rowing), Therese Hession (women's golf coach), J Jaggers (wrestling), Perry Martter (wrestling), Teresa Meyers (pistol), Dan Seimetz (baseball), and Paul Tilley (men's hockey).

The majority of this group will be honored during Saturday’s Buckeye game with Northern Illinois.

Tressel, the OSU head coach from 2001-2010, will also be honored for his induction into the College Football Hall of Fame. It was announced earlier this year that Tressel, Kansas State coach Bill Snyder, and 15 players would make up the 2015 Hall of Fame class.

I'd like to see Eze roll for 300, Cardale and JT each reach 200, and a bunch of touchdowns.

I just like so many guys on this team and I'd really like to see a bunch of them have a great day. I've always been more of a defense type guy. So yeah another shut out would be great. I just would enjoy seeing this offense look like a well oiled machine.

I predict our BUCKEYES will win by no less than 1 point.

In recent history I would say northern Illinois would beat Illinois annually. The top schools in the Mac are bwriter than the bottom schools in every conference. They could all go to any p5 conference and win 3-4 conference games. They wouldn't win it but they would play admirably.

If this is any other season I see this game as a 41-17 win. We're so dynamic on offense this year that have it as 62-17 final score.

Jones throws 2, JT throws/runs 2, Miller gets 1, Zeke gets 2, Samuel gets 1, and 2 FGs. Hare (NIU starting QB) has a pretty solid arm and is capable of moving the chains with his feet. That said though, our D line is too strong and will force 2 turnovers. Should be a good one.
