I was saying that in response to someone posting about the weak whistles in the last minute.

I know you want to be, but you aren't the ONLY one who thinks the onus is on the players to win games.

And I was saying mine in response to your 19 posts crying over the officiating in the game.

Vegas is at 10.5 and 128.5, so the vBet lines are set. EDIT - changed to straight up due to the opponent.

So they're predicting tOSU 69-59 or 70-59, and my guess was at 70-62 or 71-62. We'll see.

So it ended up 68-61. Vegas was closer on the over-under and the Buckeye score, and I was closer on the pointspread and the TSUN score. I guess that's a wash.

But without the suggestion of 'BusNative, a lot of vCash would've been lost on that late TSUN run.

Similar to good calls and bad calls, the annoyingness of people complaining about refs the entire game and the annoyingnesss people complaining about the people who complain about refs tends to even out out in the end.

I dunno jlb, I get it that the refs suck at times. But when our game threads begin to mirror that of a scout.com Michigan board where every other post is "wtf refs" or "how do they call THAT" - I think it lowers this board's talent of informative posting on the game. We know the refs wont call everything and there will be bad calls but we can't get on others for complain and crying when there are some on here that do the same. How can we rock the "DEAL WITH IT" rags proudly if we begin to cry over every missed or called foul? Thats just blatant hypocritical action. I get mad at the refs as well but in the end it comes down to making plays and dealing with it.

Informed posting about the game includes scrutiny of the officiating. If somebody has a specific call and reason for a reaction, that should be welcome here. If somebody wants to challenge that opinion with a specific rebuttal that should be welcome too. The discussion suffers not when officiating is discussed, but when that discussion devolves into, "These refs suck/Quit your bitching/Refs cost us the game/It all evens out in the end."

BTW, how is there anything hypocritical about this and the whole "Deal With It" thing? Didn't that start with somebody complaining and somebody else essentially telling that person to stop complaining?

Men's Basketball: Yesterday when he learned the Wolverines would face Ohio State in the Big Ten Tournament Michigan's Stu Douglass told the-Ozone "I don?t know if we have their number a little bit, because we haven?t beat them, but we?re so close we can taste it.

From the O-Zone, for accuracy's sake. Wonder what 0-3 tastes like?
