Exactly.

In the grand scheme of things almost anyone dumb enough to try and take a charge against Blake Griffin is going to get tea bagged. It's humiliating but understandable.

On the other hand it takes a special breed of needle dick to get rejected by the rim on a break away, game winning dunk at the buzzer. I mean not just anyone can fail like that, you are either genetically predisposed for that kind of failure or you are not. It can't be taught.

Well, he did go to scUM...

Stop me if anyone's heard this before;

25 of 53 shots were 3's (47%)
8 of 25 went in (32%)

and 4 FT attempted

GBYBMYMSOB

may the sun never set on scheme coaches from NorthWestVirginia who refuse to adjust their scheme to fit their talent.

Keep chucking those 3's fellas, they are bound to start falling. :slappy:

Luckily for Michigan we missed some wide open shots or it would have been a 20+ win.

Nothing scUM did today was outside of their normal game.

OSU shot 20% from 3 and still won by 15.

As far as the next game goes, scUM isn't going to morph into a physical team that drives to the basket anytime soon so the FT disparity isn't going to magically fix itself. Even if it did they are normally in the low 60% FT range.

That said, any team that jacks up 20+ 3's a game has a punchers chance to beat you if the shots are falling. If they don't shoot about 40% though, their chances of beating a good team like OSU are slim.

I will say, if they stay, Hardaway Jr. and Trey Burke are a very good foundation for a team.

Trey Burke was pretty awesome to see in person.

Loved the put back try he had late in the game (off of Hardaway, Jr's steal that Craft knocked out of his hands while going to the hoop) that was partially blocked and he looked at the ref like "That wasn't a foul?"

I really just don't like that kid.
