Sam Webb this morning:
Can Michigan Pull Second National Signing Day Surprise?

I don't make this post about Eyabi Anoma lightly. I would never string any of you along for sheer drama. I'm only relaying to you EXACTLY what is going on at this time.

I mentioned to you Monday that while the safe money is STILL on Bama, Michigan remains in play in this one. If you missed that post, check it out below.
It is at least noteworthy that Anoma has given Maryland and Michigan enough positive feedback to send him NLI's. My gut tells me that Michigan would not do so if it did not think it has a legitimate chance of pulling this one off. That continues to be the case in the aftermath of the commitment of Julius Welschof. The Wolverines would absolutely take both. Now throw Brian Dohn's late Michigan smoke into the mix. If you missed that, check it out below.
What I can tell you that at least one prominent figure at St. Frances (and I'm NOT referring to Biff Poggi) believes Anoma is leaning to Michigan. I'm not making any of you promises that Michigan is going to get him. I'm just telling you that there is reason to pay attention to his afternoon announcement because my gut tells me Michigan thinks it's absolutely in play, and Anoma has provided ample reason for that belief.

As always, stay tuned.

All of a sudden in the last few minutes...
the end of Anoma's recruitment began feeling like Najee's to me.
