US Apologize to Iraqi's for errors

hehe - I can't defend the Clinton's all day - I gotta get some work done, y'know

As far as Whitewater, I don't really know the facts. Sounds like they may have got away with something there. But it's not like any GOP members have ever 'bent the rules' for financial gain (i.e. George H.W. Bush effectively living in Maine, but for tax purposes claiming as his permanent residence a seldom used apartment somewhere in TX)

And I suppose you'll jump to the defence of the Enron execs, esp. Ken Leigh (sp?), one of Bush's largest campaign contributers. The fact that far more resources were put towards investigating the 'Lewinsky affair' than the largest bankruptcy in US history speaks volumes for the priorities of the GOP.

Also, I'd love to provide facts concerning the links between the Bin Laden family and the Bush family, but that's still being investigated. I think the truth is, history will be kinder to Clinton than it will be to the house of Bush. We'll have to wait and see, though, won't we....

EDIT: Wanna talk 'hook, line and sinker'? How about Dubya convicing 45% of the electorate that he represents the 'common man'. Suckers.

Okay, enough from me today. Have a good day, and to end on a positive note we can all agree on...GO BUCKS!!! Frozen four, here we come! :)

FCollins: Before I write anything, let me just say that I got a kick out of your reply. Now, onto my reply:

"As far as Whitewater, I don't really know the facts."

How come not a single Democrat on the Planet knows anything about Whitewater? This is the most swept under the rug by the Liberal media Presidential scandal of all time. And its not even close. Millions of dollars, shady characters, murder, intrigue, etc. You would think any journalist worth half his/her salt would dive into this with both feet. Only not if it smears or imprisons our beloved Bubba & mah wafe Hillry. (If you do ever read up on this, believe it or not, Hillary is the shadiest character in the scandal, she's like the Point Man).

"George H.W. Bush effectively living in Maine, but for tax purposes claiming as his permanent residence a seldom used apartment somewhere in TX"

Which is worse: saying you live in Maine, or murdering Vince Foster (among others) and covering it up? Hmmmmmmmmmm. If it was Michigan, you'd have a point, but Maine isn't that bad a state.

"And I suppose you'll jump to the defence of the Enron execs, esp. Ken Leigh (sp?), one of Bush's largest campaign contributers."

Ken Lay & Enron also contributed heavily to the Gore campaign as well. All those huge corporations play both sides, so there's no issue here.

"The fact that far more resources were put towards investigating the 'Lewinsky affair' than the largest bankruptcy in US history speaks volumes for the priorities of the GOP."

I don't know how you classify "more resources." Can you give me a price tag on the expenditures for the investigation of the Lewinsky affair vs. that of the Enron scandal? I'd also like to add that Bubba's only strike at Bin Laden was the day after the Lewinsky affair broke. He was always ready to do the right thing, as long as it covered up or distracted the people from his transgressions.

"I think the truth is, history will be kinder to Clinton than it will be to the house of Bush."

You're probably right about this. The only thing that can save Bush is if he gets re-elected, kills Bin Laden & al-Queida, and revives the economy and job market.

Woody: "Seriously, do you have any proof of this outrageous and unsubstaniated claim?"

Dude, Foster was murdered. Its a fact. Every criminologist, foresics expert, and mortician will attest to that. There's no way that it was a suicide. Can you prove that Bubba did it? Nope. But it was a murder. So lets just say its coincidence that it happened right before his testimony. Lets also say its coincidence that perfectly healthy young men (three of them, in fact) died in jail from a heart attack and <I forget the other causes of death> right before they were to testify as well. Not Bubba, just coincidence.

And BTW, its not unsubstaniated, Clinton has been accused of this by many, many people.

Don't forget Ron Brown's suspicious death in a plane crash. He wasn't exactly rubbing clinton the right way when he was "mysteriously" exterminated.

I have no f'n idea why this is in italics, I can't get it turned off.

Here are my some of my thoughts on the war in Iraq: I hate Saddam. He is a very bad man. The World and the Iraqi people are definately better off without him in power. I have no problem with the current adminstration taking him out.

With that being said, I don't understand why they would concentrate all their power and resources behind the goal of regime change in Iraq(at this time) because Saddam has or will try to get Nuclear materials, develop bombs, and POSSIBLY sell them to Al-Queda when the real culprits, the ones actually behind 9/11, are out roaming free.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, instead of using all the USA's resources(with very little international support) to overthrow Saddam, use all of the USA's resources(with strong international support) to hunt down and kill every one of those Al-Queda bastard's responsible for 9/11, and then get Saddam.

Saddam has never attacked the USA on domestic soil, Al-Queda has. They are more of a threat to the US citizens than Saddam is. Al-Queda is responsible for the "War on Terror", not Saddam. I'd feel more safe if we took out their high ranking officials(along with their financial support) then I do now that the Iraqi officials are out of office.

Brown's death....Oh that reminds me of another fine Clinton moment.
Do you remember Clinton at Brown's funeral? He was walking along, talking and having a rather hearty laugh with someone. Just then he looked up, spotted a camera on him and suddenly began to tear up. He even pretended to wipe his eyes.
It wasn't shown on the mainstream media news. Could you imagine the outcry if GW were caught doing the same thing? The media would have a field day with GW if he were to do the same.

What's the deal with the Italics?

OGWheels: Why not attack Saddam? Al-Queida isn't a country to just invade, its an organization of terrorist cells all over the world. And don't buy what the Liberals want to spew now: Iraq was harboring terrorists, and had as much to do with the network as any country in the Middle East.

I love how the media tries to make Iraq into this peaceful country amid chaos in the Middle East after Gee-Dub invaded it.

If you remember correctly, Gee-Dub promised to invade ANY and EVERY country that harbors terrorists, without pride or prejudice. We also just took down the most powerful military in the Middle East as well.

We're still in Afghanistan, doing Special Ops and taking out the bad guys. We'll get the # 2 guy in Al-Queida pretty soon, and then Bin Laden. Georgie has destroyed the Taliban (you never hear that word in the media anymore), he's taken down the dictatorship in Iraq, and next is Al-Queida.

ashland: The media protected Clinton like a mother sparrow protecting her nest. How no one even remotely considered investigating these deaths was and is beyond me.
