Consider registering! Fewer and higher quality ads, no emails you don't want, access to all the forums, download game torrents, private messages, polls, Sportsbook, etc. Even if you just want to lurk, there are a lot of good reasons to register!
Unless i'm totally wrong in thinking this. If you played Mass Effect 2 with a graphics card from 2009 vs a graphic card from 1999....i'd have to imagine that the 2009 would be leaps and bounds better then the 1999, even for cloud computing. Obviously a 2009 card is better then 1999 card, but does it matter for cloud computing? In my mind if definitely would.

To be fair you are not going to be dusting off your old Pentium 2 and playing Mass Effect 2. It's more like an early Core Duo machine. Yet a GPU is not that important since you will be receiving already rendered images. Sort of like streaming a movie over the internet. Currently nettops with NVidia Ion can do 1080p movies. I would think that would be similar power needed for a 1080p video game (you may be able to choose lower resolutions for lower powered machines, I am not sure).
