My "Final Four" Predictions:

The bottom bracket is definitely toughter that the top bracket. At the very top of the top bracket I see BB73 as the overall top seed having a pretty easy go into the quarters. The one to watch here is buck1973. Gets by "the Beard" and CleveBucks and knocks off BB73 to get to the final four.

In the next bracket, I think it goes pretty much as expected with all the higher seeds winning, and MUBuck sneaking by gracelhink in the finals.

In the third bracket, I see myself being upset by LeroyJenkins in the second round. JXC is the sleeper here, and will sleepwalk all the way to the final four by defeating Muffler in a close contest.

The bottom bracket is loaded. Any of the 6 players could win this one. BKB and Doc provide a very interesting first round match. The winner there upsets VCTrojan and makes it to the bracket finals before losing to generaladm who has been on fire as of late.

In the semi's I gotta go with MUBuck over buck1973. Both have been extremely consistent players all year, but MU has to be [censored]ed for not turning in a ballot last week, and will turn in a great one this time around.

On the other side, it's almost too close to call between JXC and generaladm. Gotta go with generaladm, however, based on him being "on fire" the past 7 weeks, winning three if I remember correctly.

In a classic finals matchup, I look for generaladm to stay hot and focused and pull this thing out. MUBuck will put up a helluva fight, but will fall just short.

So, MY 2008 SC/Buckeyeplanet Champion is:

generaladm.

Buckeye brothers, you have to understand that I'm the "rival" in this contest. Jinxing and smack-talking is what it's all about!! My team (Team SC) only has 6 participants, so I need to do what I can to weaken the opponent.:biggrin:

Seriously, though, this should be fun, and best of luck to both of you. I'm praying to see you, Muffler, in the bracket semi's, and you general in the bracket finals.
