Joel Klatt had a good point today. Why a solid date for the CFP. Every other sport has made contingencies..we should make every opportunity to play the games the players opted in for. Delay the CFP until games can be played for all the P 5!conferences . How hard is that?

Just put the top 8-16 teams in a bubble and let them play until the CFP. As expected these shit schools have nothing to play for and no incentive to be safe.

The SEC is really only a few more cancellations away from some real fuckery. They are getting close to pretty much having to push back the SEC title game.......which would allow other conference to push back as well. Even then though its looking less and less likely that this season sees a "real" ending.

On the other hand, ESPN needs content and they ain't gettin' it when games are canceled or seasons are over. ESPN also needs something to get white males to watch and that means college football. One hand doth scratcheth the other.

Several SEC games postponed this weekend. They have potential make-up dates but this thing seems to be picking up steam.

Can't imagine what's going to happen over the holidays.
