What are you currently watching on TV?

"Mr. Robot". If you're not watching this you missed the hit show of the summer. Great writing. Great acting. A little slow some times. Season ender this week.

I agree. It's the only show that I'll stay up to watch the night it's on, which puts it on the same level as GoT. Pretty much if Fight Club and American Psycho had a kid that was a hacker (note: I called that after watching the first episode).

Another good, new show is The Brink. If you have HBO. was weird sitting through True Detective waiting for it to end so that I could get to The Brink.

Started on Season 2 of The Strain.

I may have said this before, I am not a fan of the vampire type movies or shows. I think the concept is not only tired but terribly done 99% of the time.

However... Del Toro presents the vampire biology in such a way (similar to Blade II, the only movie in that series I enjoyed) that I find it intriguing. The show is very well paced,
solid performances all around, good emotional connections to the characters and a few 'jump' moments. If you haven't seen it yet, I recommend giving it a shot. For me it wasn't one of those
shows I had to watch multiple episodes or skip an entire season just to enjoy (Parks and Rec). Episode one had me hooked.

Surprised they pushed the finale back a week for the scene in question, but I have to wonder if it was to get more people to tune in this week and start watching the show. IMO Mr. Robot is the best show not on premium cable right now.
