Who all plays the Hitman on the PS2s?

I bought the newest one and I believe I have the very first one they made for PS2. Since I havent played the first one in a few years, I don't remember how it plays. If you have any inparticular questions about the newest one, PM and I would be glad to help you out.

First of all, there are four out in the series. The first is Hitman: Codename 47, the second is Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, the third is Hitman: Contracts, and the fourth is Hitman: Blood Money. I have the first three. Blood Money I have not bought yet, but I want it. I play them all on the PC, so I don't know how helpful my input will be, but the first and third suck on my computer. Both will shut down my computer for no reason. My favorite of them is Number 2, because there are several large area with lots of civilians.

Love the series. Just finished Blood Money about a week ago. Fantastic game, with a great ending. And for all those 360 fans who believe that consoles have finally caught up to PC's......i got news for ya :biggrin:

I played it on both, and the PC version is far and away better looking, more smooth, and of course it is much easier to control with a mouse.

But if we need to debate that of course, someone can start a new thread. Back to the original point, yes the Hitman games are excellent, including Blood Money.

got this game for the computer. Got through about 8 missions. Now after I complete a mission, it kicks me back to the opening screen and only shows I have finished 5 missions. I replay the last one, continue to go to the next, and then it kicks me back to the opening again...only showing I completed 5 missions. I am so ticked. I am downloading a patch. I hope that fixes it. Otherwise I will be way more ticked off than I already am.

Other than that it's a cool game.

Works now, and some of the other little glitches are gone (some weird audio problems). I should have patched before I started. Oh well, going into one of the last missions. It's been pretty cool, and the multiple ways to kill someone is a big plus. It makes each mission unique, and makes me go back to the older missions to try out some different things. For example, the one in the suburb where you kill some mob boss and get microfilm off the wife. The first time I dressed as the pool boy and the wife invited me up to her room to "service" her. Of course I killed her and got the microfilm. Yet I always wondered why lighter fluid was lying around. So I tried it again and rigged the BBQ with the lighter fluid. This time she went up in flames and I got the microfilm off her charred dead body floating in the pool.
