Since Wright and Little have been out for UD, I would like to change my vote. It just seems like The Flyers have lost all or their confidence and will likely need a deep run, if not a championship, in the A10 tourney in order to get into the NCAA tournament. Three losses in a row. All double digit losses, with the Xavier and Richmond games not even being close. I would have to say that the best team in Ohio goes to either Xavier or Ohio State. Since I've only seen Xavier play UT and Dayton, I have to say that I think Ohio State is better, but that is based largely on my ignorance of Xavier.

At least there's a little love for OU, who have been hanging around the mid 40's in RPI.

Right now, I'm going to say:

1. X
2. tOSU
3. UD
4. Kent
5. OU
6. Akron

Akron lost to UD by two, and hosts OU this week. Dayton and X play on the 24th, and Kent plays at OU on the 19th. Akron and Kent play on the 23rd.

Kent has already lost soundly to X, so that sums up the head-to-head connections.

Wrapping up the rest of the head-to-head:

Akron beat OU 55-54 in Akron. OU has won three in a row since, including a 12 point win over Kent.

Kent beat Akron by 6 at home.

Xavier obviously crushed Dayton, and the Flyers are on a three game skid.

Xavier also lost badly to Temple.

Given what's gone on, I'd re-rank them as such:

1. OSU
2. X
3. KentAkronOU (tied)
6. Dayton

I think that OSU and Xavier are playing at a level well above the rest of the state right now. The three MAC schools are at the next level, and Dayton is falling rapidly.
