I think your first 3 guys are easy choices.

I think I'd take Douglas-Roberts over Brandon Rush. I agree with Collison over Ty Lawson, but that's a close call.

There are units who could be constructed better fit-wise, though. The shooting would be inadequate, but that's the best 5 with relatively close attention paid to position.

That would give you 3 power guys: Hansbrough, Love, and Dorsey. If we're only picking 5 guys I want 3 that can play on the perimeter in today's college game.
