Marty Schottenheimer chokes in the big game once again. Marty Ball sucks in the playoffs, always has and always will. No wonder why he has a disgracefull playoff record. The Chargers were moving the ball on that last drive then he decides to go ultra-conservative. That conservative bullshit (I have seen it many times with Cowher) turns you into a loser in the playoffs. A 40 yard field goal on that field, with that weather, and with a rookie kicker is far from a gimme. The entire game I was wondering why he wasn't throwing the ball down the field to Gates and McCardell. Bonehead errors, vanilla defense (no blitz on weak arm Pennington), and dink and dunk offense. I am a Steelers fan and I hope Cowher takes note from this game. Shottenheimer is Cowher's mentor and many games in the past Cowher's spinchter has tighten in the big playoff game. Hopefully, Cowher stays away from this ultra-conservative bullshit that has cost him and Marty many playoff games. Now that Cowher has an outstanding quarterback maybe none of this will happen.

Well the Colts/Broncos is sure getting out of hand fast. On to next week.....

I think the Colts match up well with NE and it will be a good game if the weather allows Manning to throw. I don't think the Jets will have much to offer the Steelers but they did play them tough pretty recently. The Chargers were the team I thought physically matched up as well as anyone with Pittsburgh but I forgot who their coach was.

As far as the NFC goes, who cares? I still think either the Falcons or the Pack make it to Jacksonville. TO-less Eagles scare no one.

How dangerous would the Colts be if they had home field throughout the playoffs??? They would be a lock for the Super Bowl. The Denver defense looks like they have given up... Manning has 360 yards passing inthe first half!

the Packers will light up the Viqueens later today.... 42-21.

that was flat out embarrassing! so goes Favre, so go the Packers. Once Walker went down Favre and the WR's just were not on the same page. Add all the fumbles, bad decisions... it was just a terrible game. Packers mistakes of the past are catching up to them... drafting Carroll was Horrible. A 5'9" corner to cover the big receivers in that division was a stupid move.... especially when Gamble was available (taller and faster than Carroll). Sherman needs to step down as GM and they need to bring in someone who can draft... the only player who has panned out in the last several drafts is Nick Barnett.

I just talked to a friend of mine who is a Deputy Sheriff near Green Bay... the shit is hitting the fan with the fans... bar fights, domestic calls, traffic accidents etc. It's a mess.

Ron Wolf... please come back :(

Nostradamus picks Atlanta next week... 72-3 :)
