Wisconsin 17, Iowa 13 (final)

This game is fugly. The Iowa O-Line is a sieve and Christensen is running for his life. Iowa's defense is keeping them in it. They may have the second best defense in the conference behind our beloved Buckeyes. I know that's not saying very much all things considered, but they're pretty decent.

PJ Hill just did his best Earnest Byner impression. Fortunately for Wisconsin, they appear to have recovered the football in the endzone because some Iowa player swatted at the ball like he was trying to knock it back out of the endzone instead of falling on it.

It's under review right now.

I don't have the sound on. The wife thinks the Indians can turn this game around, so we're watching that. But they took the points off the board. I don't know what they're thinking, since Wisconsin has the ball at the three.

Just dropped a touchdown pass.

Edit.. I just don't get it. How did Wisconsin get the ball? It was clearly a fumble.

This is weird as hell. The call going into the replay was TD-Wisconsin. Coming out of the replay, the call was that there was an inadvertent whistle and the result is that Wisconsin will have the ball 1st & goal at the 3.

Translation: everybody involved messed this thing up, so we are going to do something completely arbitrary.

Big Ten football. :(

Ohio State benefited from a "do-over" whistle a couple years ago in Indiana. What a great call.

"We don't know what to do, so we'll just make something up."
