A team that won the Big Ten regular season championship and the conference tournament gets placed as a #2 seed into the same region as the #1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament.
Nice to know the Buckeye women get treated the same way as tOSU's men's team. :tongue2:
The one positive is that the regional game between #1 UConn and #2 tOSU (if they get past #3 Florida State and others) will be played in Dayton.
Nobody's lost to UConn by less than 10 points in the last 2 seasons, let alone beaten them.
The first Lady Buckeyes game is vs St. Francis, in Pittsburgh, Sunday at Noon Eastern on ESPN2.
That seeding is a major disrespect to the Bucks and the Big Ten as a whole. I am shocked that a 30-4 team gets a two seed and evidently the weakest 2 seed of the bunch... This should mean war.....
