Do the Black Eyed Peas qualify as a "band"? Because they are fucking offensive. They are what happens when a very large corporation gets together and decides to tell the mass public what hip hop should sound like. Absolute shit.

Now, if a solo artist is allowed, I'd nominate the tranny from the Black Eyed Peas.

I hate them with boundless vigor and hope they all get full-body herpes...

Disagree. I saw them at Warped Tour 2005 and they were, hands down, the worst live band I've ever seen. Ever. I'm not saying that because they're whiney and pretentious, I'm saying that because they flat out sucked homeless balls.

That said, they're far from "worst ever". They're a fad and will be mostly forgotten in ten years.

I find Slipknot to be terrible as well

I just dont see the point of having 8 band members when basically half of them just dance around and do nothing

or using trash cans as drums....

the masks are a lame gimmick as well

I've never really listened to their music, but I met one of the guys from the band at a bar once. He invited me to a pool party at their hotel (I didn't go), but he was pretty cool.
