WR Braxton Miller (B1G POY, National Champion)

Test number one for Fickell is tell Jim B that Braxton is the starter. Jim B took him out after the fumble not Fickell. That should be announced today and more reps in practice instead of splitting it with Joe B. I would also let Drayton have more say in playcalling.

The fact that Fickell told the world that Jim B took Braxton out not him is another mistake. You keep all that [Mark May] in house. Now he looks like he doesnt know what is going on with his team...which may very well be the case, but i would rather the world not know it.

I was absolutely furious when they had Bauserman sub in for Braxton in the middle of a drive.

I'm pretty sure the offense went 3 and out after that as well.

I'd say there's a pretty healthy chance we did go three and out lol..

After a while ya just had to kind of chuckle from keeping yourself from punching a hole in the wall or breaking a remote. It was clear the offense wasn't going anywhere despite the excellent field position for most of the 2nd half. We were set up a few times near mid field, and still couldn't get it done..

Miami game was a tough situation for so many young players. Jitters on a lot of guys part. They will grow from it.
Brax seems to have jitters when he first gets in but calms down after a time. Naturally. He doesn't need to start just give him more time. And coaching up.

Braxton will be the starting quarterback against Colorado, according to Luke.

The future is now. It would've been nice to sit him this year behind an experienced starter like TP but life worked out differently. I just hope they commit to him unless he completely falls apart and loses his confidence, in which case we'll have a bigger problem. I see no benefit in backpedaling given the lack of experienced options behind him. Braxton is the one with the highest upside.

Good luck, kid. :osu:
