Hmmmm saw that in the LA Times. I think the actual stats were something like, 6 carries for 101 and 2 TD's. 9-10-0 passing for 151 and 2 TD's and the 90 yard (might have been a little less than 90) kickoff return for a TD in about 3 quarters of work. Close enough though! Looks like they showed passing stats as rushing and left out the rushing. This was against Orange County's #8 ranked team Newport Harbor. Nice win for DH against a perrenial Orange County power whom they had never beaten.

Game Over (socks). That's a nice touch.

I don't know if he'll make it at OSU. He seems to be an UnderArmor guy and OSU clearly is Nike (as pointed out so well in SI). Hopefully he'll cross over to the good side... :biggrin:

put down your pessimistic koolaid and realize taht PSU's special teams coverage is AWFUL.

Back to grant, gotta love his performance this weekend. Here's to hoping Nevada visits this thread often...

I was at his game on friday and you just got to see it for yourself. He is a man playing in a boy's game (High School level) It's like he is on a different planet. 9-10-151 2 TD's and a 100+ yards in rushing. One run was for 75 yards and a score. A kick off return for 80+ yards for a TD that had the crowd going crazy. By the way he was hurting this week with a bad ankle. He didn't even practice the last two days. And he wasn't playing aganist some weak team. Newport Harbor is a winning program who Dana hasn't beat in the past ten years!
I just hope OSU comes through with an offer. I really don't know what else it would take to get him here. I do know he is starting to foster a pretty good relationship with a coach in a high profile program. The news about this will hit late this week. I want this kid at OSU so bad. He will be a big surprise to all of you come next year. I'll bet he'll play as a true freshman:wink2:

I would say the same thing if I were Brian's dad. There is no sense in driving away potential offers with only the possibility of an tOSU offer. Somehow, I think if the Buckeyes do offer, there won't be a long lapse of time until a decision is made by the Schwartz family.

Finally! This is great news, Im sure almost everyone has been pulling for him to finally get an official offer, im glad that he finally got it.

This kid is a buckeye at heart, he would be a huge addition to this class.
