WR Parris Campbell Jr. (Philadelphia Eagles)

I've been bullish on Parris for a couple of years now. He's one of the most dynamic offensive players, athletically, that we've had dating back to the Tressel era. The one thing I've noticed about him is that he follows up a mistake with a big play. He's becoming a better version of Jalin Marshall 2014, which will open up a lot of the offense going forward.

He would have housed it if he didn't gear down on that kick return thinking no one had a chance.

Reminds me of the time Paul Warfield did the same exact thing to a wolverineie - and then hurdled right over him. Wish I had a video of that play to post.
Not TSUN, but like this?

Still can't find the pic, but here's the story from the Dispatch:

Ohio State started on its own 20, worked to a first down on the 31 in three plays. Then Warfield took a handoff around right end and raced for the goal. He stutter-stepped so well before the Wolverine safety that the defender tripped, fell backward and permitted Warfield to score untouched. As the half ended, it was Ohio State 21, Michigan 6.

Needs to work on jump balls in practice though. JT hit him in the hands 2-4 times with them and I think he dropped them all though one he got a pass interference on.
IMO that's not his game though. His job is to catch the ball within 15 yards and particularly on the quick passes into the flats or the crossing routes. If he keeps killing teams underneath that'll open things up for the WR's who look to be our true deep threats in Dixon and Victor.

I think Mack, Victor, and Dixon tend to be our guys who can be a threat deep. Where as McLaurin, Campbell, and KJ seem to be our underneath guys. Very good balance if this kind of tends to be the case.

It seems to me that Dixon, Campbell and Hill are the crossing/mesh route underneath guys and Victor/Mack are emerging as the go deep/throw a fade in the corner of the end zone guys.

Add in the TE's and RB's we have and the underneath stuff could be potent even against the better teams. They still have to tackle guys like Campbell and Dixon in space (drink).

I added Dixon to the over the top for his two plays this past weekend but also because he got behind teams last year too. We failed to get him the ball but surprisingly he has a tendency to get behind teams.

You're right though Dixon is really good on the crossing routes. I think he's our best Overall WR to be frank.
