I think that quote says it all. I know he is a Buckeye but still it's always nice seeing confirmation. I haven't seen Jeffers but I am not opposed to staying in state with Johnson or Morgan.

For some time I was worried about Small, I was still confident that he would be a Buckeye but after the USC visit it made me wonder. After that article and the recent statements that he and Rose will go to the same school together, I would be absolutely shocked to see him go anywhere else.
