Santonio will leave and that's good because it's good for him. He has every right to take care of his family.

TS what can you say about him.... only stats that will matter when he's done is that he'll be 3-0 against scUM. you can't beat that. That's all I need to say that he's another great buckeye.

HOLMES LEANING TOWARD LEAVING Wide receiver Santonio Holmes has told those close to the team he plans on leaving Ohio State after his junior season and declaring for the NFL Draft. Holmes, a junior, leads the Buckeyes with 48 receptions, 853 yards and 10 TDs. Tressel’s personal rule is to recommend juniors who are projected first-round picks to enter the draft if they wish. Otherwise, he believes another season will help them improve from second or third-round status to the first round. Holmes is a projected first-round pick.

His stats just aren't good enough for anyone to be able to put him on their lists.

One of my all time favorite players.
His reward will be a fat, pro contract.

So would I, but with the offensive line, fullback, and safety needs, I doubt we would be taking a skill position player early unless Jerry decides to gamble on a QB.

That cinches it. For the 2nd year in a row, the first selection of a Buckeye will be booed. Can't blame the Jets fans last year. Few people can wrap their minds around a kicker as their team's #1 need; even if it's true.

Has Santonio officially spoken on the prospects of either returning or going to the NFL? I know the majority opinion is that he is gone, and I understand why...and would agree that, that is likely the case, just wondering if anyone has any quotes from him on the matter?
