May not be related, but I used to see that kid litter in the oval ALL THE [censored]ING time. He'd come out of class, open a candy bar/gum/etc., and drop the wrapper right on the ground. Doesn't sound like much, but who does that to their own [censored]ing campus? Kid just didn't care.
