WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Pryor has a bit of a game face & stern/mean look when he's just standing around. I wouldn't read much into his demeanor. He looked like he was having a great time with Brewster, Posey, & Shugarts after the game. Pretty much the whole crew was there for pregame, other than scott (didn't see him), including the Coffman duo.

Halloween was Wednesday night, but I went to the mall to get new shoes [sneakers] for this weekend.
I'm making my first official visit to Ohio State, and I wanted some new shoes to look good up there.
I'd be willing to bet that they're scarlet and/or gray.
They were black. I had such high hopes for osu & pryor :sad2:

In an interview with Mike Brewster, he says Terrelle agreed when told he needed to enroll at tOSU early and that he was going to look into the possibility. Also, Brewster speculates that it is between PSU and tOSU.

If Terrelle were to enroll early, would he need to commit any earlier than NLOID? Would he be enrolling for Winter Quarter or Spring Quarter?

Not sure what the early enrollment date would be.

However, I suspect it post-dates the NLOID beginning of the permissible signing date window.

That being on February 6th 2008 - lasting till April 1, 2008 (no fooling).

Early enrollees do not need to sign LOIs, as their enrollment is binding as well by NCAA standards. (so yes) I believe they enroll in winter quarter but am not positive.
If he would enroll in winter quarter, he might be in basketball shape and could see some playing time with the Buckeyes on a limited basis.

Not to urinate on too many hopes and dreams, but I see the likelihood of this occurring as being next-to-nil. There are too many reasons why this wouldn't be a good idea, and the biggest of which is injury.

You do know that he is being recruited as a two sport athlete or Matta would not be involved in is recruiting or maybe I am completely wrong.

I think some forgot to tell both Tressel and Matta about that...

You can enroll in spring quarter too I believe. I think that's the quarter Beanie enrolled in. I also think James Scott(I'm pretty sure he early enrolled last year) enrolled in spring quarter last year.

I think most people do, if we announced at the Army Game, he would already have missed 2 days of class

I understand that Matta has gone to see Terrelle in the company of Tressel; however, after reading an article where Tressel said that the Athletic Staff help each other out, I took it as just another example of assistance on Matta's part.

I shall digress to the original point that you made, and continue with thinking that there is little likelihood that something would happen this winter regardless of his recruitment interest. Learning the offense, adapting to the speed of the game, and knowledge of the other members of the team would take longer than what would be afforded Terrelle to consider joining the Buckeye basketball team this year IMO.
