Pryor makes special delivery

As usual, Terrelle Pryor placed the football softly into his receiver's hands. Pryor's accuracy is one reason every college football coach in captivity is drooling over him. Notre Dame's Charlie Weis and Ohio State's Jim Tressel are among those who have visited Jeannette High School in recent days, looking for a Pryor commitment.
Too bad they weren't at ARK Twin Valley Personal Care Home in Delmont on Tuesday, because they would have seen one of the greatest plays of Pryor's career.
It happened shortly after 2 p.m., when Pryor, a junior at Jeannette, handed an autographed football to resident Pete Holleran, who was celebrating his 93rd birthday at a surprise party.

That was a good read. Sounds like he'll make a wonderful Buckeye

first welcome to bp, its a great place.

second, who knows its a long way til feb.

Thanks. Seems very active and informative. Probably the best recruiting forum I've ever seen. Well run and organized. I'll be sure to add any information I hear or any links I come across regarding Pryor or any other recruits.

The Pitt boards I'm apart of usually go off topic and threads start to become hard to read with ignorant fans expressing ignorant opinions. So far, BP seems very enjoyable.

Well, from everything I've seen and heard, I would be totally shocked if he went anywhere except tOSU. Of course I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

Welcome to the board...your especially welcome when it's good news for us  But OSU is certainly in great shape for Terrelle but a long way to go still. I would love to see him pick us on NLOID though.

Terrelle Pryor, QB, Jeannette -- The most heavily recruited two-sport athlete (football and basketball) in Western Pa. since Tom Clements of Canevin in the 1970s. Rivals.com and nationally known talent scout Tom Lemming rank Pryor (6 feet 6, 220 pounds) the No. 1 player in the class of 2008.

"Texas' offensive coordinator [Greg Davis] flew in on a private jet. I picked him up at the Latrobe airport," Jeannette coach Ray Reitz said. "A coach from USC has been here. [Notre Dame coach] Charlie Weis was here last week. Coaches from everywhere have been here."

Pryor has offers from schools around the country, but he also has offers from major colleges for basketball. He keeps saying he wants to play both in college, but football will be his No. 1 sport.

"After the spring, he needs to narrow it down to 10 schools, and maybe even lower than that," Reitz said.
