WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Of course people are going to compare one player to another, but make no mistake, Terrelle Pryor IS Terrelle Pryor and no one else.

Very well put. I hope Terrelle remembers that all he has to be is himself, and not be overly concerned with others' expectations.

Terrelle could very well have a better supporting cast at tOSU than Vince had in the beginning at Texas also. Sweed was a pretty good WR and Roy Williams was a stud as well but the Oline here and the running backs will be much more superior. In the end I see us having better TE's as well. What more could a guy want to help him succeed.....Oh yeah Jim Tressel.

This made me go W:yow1:W.

On an extra-point attempt by Wilson Area, Pryor timed the snap perfectly, jumped over the center's head, landed on his feet and blocked the kick just as it came off the kicker's foot.
"I did the same thing against Laurel," Pryor said. "That time, I jumped over the line and kicked the ball off the tee before the kicker did. I swear to God. The refs thought I kicked the kicker, so they gave me a penalty."

other Pitt paper on the Male Athlete of the Year Honor

Pryor recently added Southern California to the list of schools that he's considering for football. The others are, listed alphabetically: Alabama, Florida, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia. He trimmed that list from more than 70 scholarship offers.

"It was hard to narrow it down," said Pryor, who wants to play both sports in college. "I did research on the coaches and staff, and I want to be comfortable at the place.

Pryor to Michigan wasn't going to happen regardless of John Weinke. Pryor isn't the type of kid to be scared off by depth charts either. Pryor is OSU's to lose, just have to hold onto the lead.

Back to Pryor though, I think he'll still visit Michigan as a courtesy to the coaches and his cousin, but in the end he'll probably wind up at OSU.

The Weinke point has been made about Pryor's recruitment.

Take (yet another UM discussion with a dash of OSU thrown in) the Weinke biography elsewhere (TSUN News/Recruiting or Michigan Wolverines Football), or take up a collection with your UM buddies to turn this into Buckeye/WolverinePlanet. There's plenty of interest.

I'm not a UM fan first of all.

Secondly, the kid is from my hometown so I've got to give him his props. I'm extremely proud that this kid is from where I grew up. Good kid, and good family. Last but not least, it's not entirely a bad thing to know about your enemy and talk about them.

Bob you are a tad bit sensitive aren't you? I thought you'd be all happy and stuff now that you are retiring. Why so ornery?

By the way, I saw you in Vegas last year at a club with a couple of 25 year old high-class escorts. You are my idol. I hope I've still got the energy when I'm 390 years old like you.
