You know that it's time to lose some weight when............

daddyphatsacs

Let the cards fall...
......... the nightly news does a segment talking about obesity, and a picture of your big ass walking down the street is used as their file photo.

Anyone ever think that? When the news does a segment about McDonalds, or obesity, and shows a fat guy gulping down a double cheeseburger, washing it down with a supersized milkshake.....that person actually exists....... Damn, wouldn't that be a reality check if you were that guy? Or if you were the lady who they show walking down the street eating an ice cream cone with a serious case of secretary ass going on? Wow, if I was that person.......I'd go and buy a treadmill. Or I'd stop eating like I was trying to commit suicide via cheeseburger.

That leads me to my next point. Isn't it amusing when your walking through a grocery store and get a peek at the overweight person driving the rascal's(scooter) grocery assortment. They've got bags of potato chips, pizza rolls, ice cream, and DIET COKE. What the hell? Diet coke? As if the 150 calories that you save from going lite on your soda preference is making any kind of difference. At that point, you might as well stop fooling yourself and tear into some Cherry Coke or something like that.

Keep in mind, not everyone that drives a rascal is lazy. But I'm sure everyone can think of a situation where the rascal was being abused by sheer laziness. Usually when that happens, that very same person ends up in every isle that you are walking down. Parking horizontally, blocking up the whole isle, perhaps even yelling at their kids (who are healthy) to get back over there........which makes you have pull a tricky U turn with your cart. Doesn't that suck? Hell, if I worked at Walmart I'd make sure that I had those bad boys charged up during all down time...........I couldn't imagine having to go and tow a dead rascal.

I know that not everyone can help being overweight, but the people who are creating their conditions........I don't have a whole hell of a lot of sympathy for.

I think I'm done with my rant for now, feel free to chime in and add your 2 cents.

Obesity is hereditary and has nothing to do with diet or lifestyle, just ask fat people.

I always love the weight loss pill commercials that go something like: "over the years stress can cause a build up of fat"--- yeah, you're a disgusting fatbody because you have a stressful job, not because you eat a bag of chips with a side of ice cream every night while you watch television.

You look straight down and can't see your 'johnson'.

Your favorite positon is doggy-style, out of necessity, not choice.

You need to rest your foot on something to tie your shoe rather than bending down to tie it.

....when you don't have to look up the number to the pizza shop.

I'm gonna have to call you on that one. Maybe you can say.....When the pizza delivery guy knows your address without asking.

...........you need the dreaded 'seat belt extender' to make a commercial flight.
