Apparently this schmuck in a wheelchair thought that the police wouldn't shoot a disabled person. Wrong.

PHOENIX - Authorities say police shot and killed a man in a wheelchair at a downtown Phoenix bus and light rail station overnight.
Phoenix police Sgt. Steve Martos said officers responded to a call of shots fired at the station located at First Avenue and Van Buren Street around 2:20 a.m. Saturday.
Witnesses told police a man in a wheelchair had assaulted a woman believed to be his girlfriend and that the suspect may have shot a gun.
When officers approached the male suspect and his girlfriend the man wheeled away from the officers and became belligerent, Martos said.
The suspect reportedly then turned back toward the officers, began approaching them and reached into his waistband where he retrieved a handgun.
Martos said both officers gave several verbal commands for the suspect to drop the gun.
The man then raised and pointed his handgun at the officers and Martos said that fearing for their lives, the officers shot the suspect.
The suspect, who has not yet been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both officers are 13-year veterans of the department, Martos said.

Doesn't take a whole lot of physcial ability to pull a fucking trigger...fuck the crip.

Maybe more eloquently stated than I would have said, but yes. His handicap had no relationship to whether he could fire the gun and kill somebody. Shoot him in defense. (This is just from what little I know.)
